North American Airlines Announces Tentative Agreement with Pilots


JAMAICA, N.Y. (March 11, 2008) – North American Airlines today announced that it has reached a tentative agreement on an initial 54-month contract with its pilots, represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT).  The tentative agreement, subject to ratification by the North American pilots, will take effect upon the date of signing.

“We are pleased to have worked out a fair and equitable agreement on an initial contract for our pilots, and we greatly appreciate the efforts of both negotiating teams,” said Jeff Wehrenberg, chief operating officer of North American Airlines.
